Lads and Lassies, here's something that might interest one of you.

If there's anyone on the forum here who would like to experience what's involved in a trackday, I'd be more than happy to have you come along for a passenger experience on Friday Feb 3rd. All you have to do is sign a disclaimer for the organisers..I have a spare helmet. Now I'm not gonna be the fastest driver on the track , but as a passenger you will see how much fun these days are. The biggest fear I had when I started doing trackdays was that I'd wreck my car because of the added stresses, but the mx5 is well capable of delivering thrills without falling apart. PM me if interested, but will probably limit it to two as I will also have 2 other non forum members with me.

That's a nice offer John, I hope someone takes you up on it. I can't understand why anyone wouldn't want to drive these cars on track!
