Meant to say on earlier post - This IS the time of year to do this run as all the tourists - or should called terrorists of the road in their hire-cars- are at home, leaving the roads nice and quiet for us.

Excellante :  It's a sure fire way of selling the Kerry run but I guess it will only rub some salt in the wounds of those who couldn't make the trip this time. I suspect that next time we'll have a lot more cars in convoy over Molls Gap, Bolin and the Healy Pass. Looking forward to it already.

The vids taken on my mobile aren't converting for some reason, they keep coming out the other end in bad quality

Yeah, .3gp files. It appears I had the resolution set to small so when they convert over to avi format they're all crackly I'll bring my digital camera the next time and get some good footage.
