See post 1 page 1 for the route . Basically follow the Clare coast from Galway Bay to Loop Head and the Shannon Estuary. Plenty of b&b around Kilrush/killimer which is where the run finishes.

Ok everyone,see you on sunday 10.30 at Mother Hubbards, Kilcolgan. Very easy to find beside the only Topaz in the village on the left coming from Limerick side or right coming from Galway.
Forecast not too bad , looks as if it should be dry which is all we can hope for after the lovely fine spell last week.

lads I am so annoyed, unfortunately I will not make run tomorrow ( one of these family things that we Just cannot get out of !!!) Especially as this run one is on my doorstep...........................agh
