Dates are fixed: 17-19 April 2009

The meeting in the Isle of Man went absolutely brilliant. Loads of info, so we need a bit of time to put it all together.
In the morning we were juggling with the sailings with Brian Convery (IoM Steam Packet) and Michael Doherty (Dept. of Leisure & Tourism) to ensure everyone is suited as best as possible.
In the afternoon we were brought on a guided counter clockwise tour along the TT circuit with stop-offs and informative meetings at potential venues.
- IoM Dept. of Leisure & Tourism committed to a significant 4 figure conditional donation.
- IoM Steam Packet offered postage of event documentation, special package pricing and donate conditionally 1x purchased package reimbursement in full, which will be raffled between those who keep an eye open on our dedicated website (to be launched shortly)

containing all information regarding the event.
After considering all options, the weekend is fixed at
17-19 April 2009
. This will ensure us maximum availability in Douglas Accommodation and Steam Packet Sailings.
Most people will travel to the Island between 16 & 17 and travel from the Island on 20 & 21. Steam Packet is facilitating us with 2 boats, making 2 sailings per day from UK, and 1 from Ireland.
You are the first ones to hear and we recommend to book soon, as we have a capped attendance of 800 cars. If you leave it too late your chances for getting on the Island with your noble steed will be drastically reduced (e.g. we forecast 300-400 cars from the UK alone).
First come, first served.
Feel free to start advertising this event/link to all you know.
