Personally - I had a lot happenning this year - most of which has been put on hold due to some Government decisions - will have to be very selective in my driving days - if I don't take it off the road - just paid €582 for road tax in January too - would love to be going but relaistically don't think this is going to be a runner.

The R word has hit hard and I'm feeling the effects too like many here.
It's hard to juggle everything like Mortgage,Insurances,Health Cover,Cars,Childcare, Montessori,Blah, blah, blah blah......So many plans this year, going to have to see closer...sorry.
But the spirit is strong :D !!

I much appreciate the efforts made by all involved to organise this trip - and at the moment am hopeful of going but, with the way things are at them moment I am not going to commit until nearer to the time.

I agree, Shenab, given the year that's in it for the MX5 it's a pity this won't be the "major event" that was initially envisaged.

Hi Folks, Listen... Those who can't make it would probably hold us back when we're doing the TT lap on Saturday.
Relaxing evenings with a 'few' jars, ja'uzzi's, rac... uuuh driving around the TT course and all that touring seeing every angle of the Island in a mellow manner 8) is probably boring anyhoo.
A country where there are no speed limits outside the towns. Which nutter came up with that idea and how can that be fun?!?!?!?
Those who are not going to be able to make this trip, not to worry. You probably won't miss a thing.
BTW You'd still get to see the pictures afterwards so it's like being there right? :D
