Three guys were all at a car trip and no one wanted to room with John because he snored so badly.
They decided it wasn't fair to make one of them stay with him the whole time, so they voted to take turns.

The first night Steve slept in John's room and comes to breakfast the next
morning with his hair a mess and his eyes all bloodshot.
They said:
"MAN, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?"
He said: "John SNORED SO LOUDLY, I JUST
SAT UP AND WATCHED HIM ALL NIGHT."

The next night it was Dylans turn.
In the morning, same thing --hair all standing up, eyes all bloodshot.

They said: "MAN, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? YOU LOOK AWFUL!"
He said: "MAN, THAT John SHAKES THE ROOF WITH HIS SNORING. I WATCHED
HIM ALL NIGHT."

The third night was PJ's turn.
Following morning PJ arrived down looking fantastic and well rested

"GOOD MORNING!" he said.

They couldn't believe it.
They said: "MAN, WHAT HAPPENED?"
He said: "WELL, WE GOT READY FOR BED. I WENT AND TUCKED John INTO BED, PATTED HIM ON THE BUTT,AND KISSED HIM ON THE FOREHEAD SAID GOOD NIGHT. . . . . John SAT UP AND WATCHED ME ALL NIGHT."

Home sweet home.
WOW!!! That was truly a long time; way too long and MAN!!! what scenery.
We had a blast, despite that we weren't the usual party go-ers. Just wrecked, ya know
Anyhows... great to see the familiar faces and the 'fresh' ones.
Big thanks for organising it all > Mary & Brian
'Noice' to see: Sister Shena & Brother Will, PJ (thx for the leds) + Mini Me, John C, John L (with his big horn) + Mairead (although at home I very much think it's the other way around), Newby's to us: Ann, Kay (or clide - swinging her arms out the windows and up in the air PS for those who don't know Clide... think Clint Eastwood  ), Sonia & Alan, Paschal, Steve. C ya'll soon.

Good to meet you at the weekend, even it was somewhat brief! However, sticking to the original plan for a wedding anniversary weekend probably means I will have an anniversary next year rather than a divorce...so it was the Olde Glen Bar rather that a BBQ I'm afraid. Getting a parking spot right outside the door was also good, right up until I came out after dinner to find some oik sitting on my bootlid, but a quick press of the remote boot popper soon gave him the message.

I hope you all got home safe and sound - we managed it as far as Lifford before the roof had to go up.

I can also confirm that even a Mk1 has comfier seats that a large horse.
And stops better.
And smells better.

glad to hear you all enjoyed the weekend and everyone got home safely. it was great crack and boy was i glad i didn't have a long journey home like some of you. Where do Ann and Kay get the energy from? If you could bottle it, Red Bull would be in trouble. We're sorry we can't make it to Kildare this weekend, hope you have a great night with J & M and a a good run with Teena on Sunday. Looking forward to seeing you all ,and more, up here again. As the ad says ''up here, it's different''.

'home sweet home' only back tonight after slight detour to Achill Island.

Wat a weekend! The scenery was just fantasmorgorical, honestly couldn't believe how magnificent the Donegal coast is.

Thanks a million Barney, both yourself and Mary (mammy) made us all feel very at home and welcome..even with squirt guns!

Shena, thanks for arranging such a fab house and ensuring peace and quiet for me whilst i grabbed 40 winks

Kay, well wat can I say...thanks for reminding me that I still have some energy reserves, wat a laugh!

Steve, thanks for the lift! PJ, Dylan, John, Paschal, Cloggy, Alan & Sonia, Tom and anyone I missed (sorry I'm tired) great to see yez all.

Please make the next run about 5 miles up the road from me though, my back is lets say 'sore'!

A
