Hi guys... thinking of organising another 'Cars at the Castle' event...
How does August 28th grab everyone?
Details to follow, but I'm just checking out the date.
I'm fundraising this year for Adi Roche's Chernobyl Children International.
Climbed Elbrus, Island Peak, Kilimanjaro, Elgon, Everest BC, Mulhacen, Elgon, Kayaked the Liffey to the Nile, swam the Liffey, the Lee & packed ten triathlons into a year... catch me blogging on: http://www.teenagates.com

.... OK ... I'm gonna do it!
I'm gonna throw another 'Cars at the Castle' event - this time at the gorgeous Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa! No run this time - just meals and wheels.. with prizes for the best picnic... best outfit... and best turned out car.
We've ample space sectioned off - lawns to spread out our picnic blankets... and the management are going to hold a BBQ on the day for anyone who prefers to buy a banger!
We've got fabulous prizes... a bumper raffle....and there's a function room available in the unlikely event of the heavens opening!
I'm fundraising for Chernobyl Children International this year... €20 per car would be greatfully accepted, but all donations are welcome.
Who's coming?

Hiya John. Looking forward to seeing ya... and some more of my car buddies. A simple afternoon 12noon to 4pm, a few prizes, a chance to look at some pretty cars, and a bit of craic... Hope the weather holds. Accuweather's predicting bad on Saturday and Sunny on Sunday - so I might be lucky!

314348_263990376958180_100000416585491_968000_187846_n[1].jpg Man...today was a good day. So thrilled to see so many pretty cars braving the showers to join me for another 'Cars at the Castle' picnic, this time at Dunboyne Castle Hotel and Spa. Lovely to see some of my MX5 buddies again too, even if some came wrapped in a Boxter of a different colour Thanks to John, Paschal, Ivan and Igor. I'll post a couple of snaps here, the full set and list of winners will be posted early this week at http://www.98fm.com. I'm on the Cannonball Run, so will see some of you at Kinnitty. x
