Hi Rhys

I can't seem to fine your mobile no. Can you PM your contact or directions? I know Glanmire fairly well so shouldn't get too lost. Hope to be down by 10.30, but I have to collect yanks at the Airport at one so have to leave sometime after mid day.

Can somebody bring along a small 'Torque Wrench' ? It must be able to do 4.8Nm - 8.8Nm (43 - 78 inch-lbs).

Great to finally meet you dude !

And Steve, Ash - didn't meet yee since last year
I didn't see any Jaffa's Steve - was I to late or did you eat them all on the way down ?

I'm putting together a UTube video just now and it should be up by tomorrow evening (the part with me and the angle grinder attacking the headlights didn't come out right so that part is missing).

So, what was done.....
Cam Cover oil leak - Fixed (gasket looked a bit old but it should be ok now those 6 spots on the head have been sorted).
Rocker Cover pipe - replaced with a mini-filter provided by RHYSMATE - thanks dude !! :thumright:
Coolant system - drained and filled with new Anti-Freeze/Water.
Coolant pipe feeding the Turbo - was already replaced
Horn - Fixed ( with a small screw, a little bit of vice and a hacksaw ....don't ask  )
Headlight Bulbs - Changed using an angle grinder (there's still an electrical issue with these though).

We couldn't do the front Crank Oil Seal as we didn't have one at hand but I'll do that when you have it (Mx5Parts link sent).

And the 'Birthday Cake' placed inside the engine bay while I was working in there - hilarious stuff

Fair play Fergus, you managed to achieve something unlike the rest of us in the morning!! Good to meet everyone today, got me motivated to get my finger out and finish my car ready for plenty of runs next year.
