Strawberry Hall?

Postby tigger » Mon, 31 Mar 2008 9:01 +0000

Hi Folks,

Just wondering do we still meet the first Wednesday of the month in the
Strawberry? Well it is this wednesday after all.

Or is there anyone up for it

I have just got my first MX5 and dont yet know other drivers. I live only a few miles from the Straw' Hall and would be interested to meet up. Please let me know if there is a meet soon or even better, a short 'run' to the meet ! Thanks.

Hi Lynnot.

Welcome aboard and congratulations on your purchase.

What year/model is she? what colour? If you have pics and can figure out how to post them please do.

Hopefully as summer kicks in there will be more in the way of runs. There is a Galway weekender coming up I think 25th April. You'd be more than welcome for the weekend or just one of the days, whatever suits.

Anyhow, hope to catch you soon

Thanks for the welcome, Fabfiveferg. Mine is a '91 auto 1.6 in white. I brought it in from UK. It only came to UK from Japan last July. It has 104,000kms.
I am going to miss the Phoenix Park meets on first Sun of both May and June unless they change cos of Bank Holiday. I was really looking forward to 'getting out there' and meeting other MX5er's etc... I'll just have to do my mad act by flagging down any 5's I see on the road ! !
All the best
Padraig

Congrats on the car Lynott - although there have been some nice sunny spells over the past few days it has been baltic here in the Midlands and therefore the roof has been kept up. Hopefully the cold spell will end soon and we can all enjoy the thrills of motoring al fresco.
