I don't mean to be rude, but that comment has no relevance to the above link at all. The issue here is an idiot in a stolen car, not someone with a modified car.

A person in a modified car has just as much respect and love for their car as you do, so wouldn't do something like the above.

And they already measure how low and loud your car is, but they aren't qualified or allowed to do so.

That car is only piece of crap,worth nothing really but vandalism it is !!!
