Hoping to get here. It's a good cause and may well be the vintage gathering of the year. They are hoping to get as many vehicles as possible that appeared in 'Irish Vintage Scene' to attend. They have about 40 steam engines booked in apparently plus some good support from the UK. I am going up on Sunday as well, but taking the daily driver as I have a few coming with me. paulc

Not long in from Galway. As I predicted, it was a really great show. It took me 4 solid hours to go end from end. My favourite exhibit? The Burrell show man's engine built in 1925 and ticking over like a swiss clock and gleaming in the sun shine. Favourite cars? I liked all the Renaults especially the two 12s. Definitely showing my age! Saw a few nice MX5s but met no one I knew. A great day. paulc.
