Good route. I drive about half of it at least twice a month.
Word of caution is that parts of this route are very likely to be stuck with traffic (Sunday drivers watching views rather than road), specially if weather it good. In particular, Laragh to Hollywood and Sally Gap onwards.
Will try to make it, depending on other stuff.

Hi lads..been away from the forum for too long...no car on the road (legally) I'm afraid, but might just get to the starting point on Sunday if I'm not working..I'll gladly assist en route if there's a shotgun seat a goin'..wouldn't be too concerned about tourist traffic.. that'll only be an issue around Glendalough, as for the gap, sometimes if you pull in for 5 minutes to let other traffic get ahead, the catch-up can be exciting!!

Date for the run is Sunday 17th August, Meeting at Avoca in kilmacanogue at 10:30am Leaving from Avova At 11am

Its the Avoca cafe in kilamacanoge off the N11 not Avoca village in wicklow as some people ended up there on the last wicklow run.

Weather is still looking good, "mostly sunny with a brief shower or two" according to accuweather.

Here is the link to the route again.

The first stop is at the woodenbridge hotel.
Then on to laragh for a bit of lunch here http://glendaloughgreen.com
Nice to stop at the top of the wicklow gap for the view and some photos.
There is also a 50's festival in hollywood might be worth a look http://www.thehollywoodfair.com/

My mobile is 087 673 4664 should anyone get lost.

Excellent day, google says we covered 190km, didn't feel that far. Lovely to meet everyone and going to the roundwood inn was a really nice way too finish the run.
Hope everyone got home safely. Love to see some pictures.
