BBQ + Beer + Techday + Sleepover in Louth

Tabularasa & I are looking to replace our soft-tops.
With the Galway run everyone I talked to who had done it or seen it done, said it shouldn't be too much of a problem, but I'm a bit to do it myself.
Maybe we can have a tech day at my place and fit the two together + my neighbour across the road who has a Z3 wants to do the same, but we're lacking guts.

So would anyone be up for a BBQ Techday in Dunleer/Louth somewhere in the next few weeks?
