How to fix a graze/scrape on front bumper

Hi there, car only 3 days and someone who was turning grazed my front bumper on left hand side. I have an Eunos '99 and bumper is black..I'm so raging and want to fix it straight away. Any advice would be welcome!

one of them mobile dent master ...chips away crowd would come out and do it.
I have a number somewhere i'll root it out.
