Remove Towing Eyes

How do I remove the towing eyes from the front of my Mk2. I can find one bolt but not the eye is still secure. Is the more bolts or are the welded in situ.

there are 3 x 14mm nuts you need to remove
1st one is easy , the other 2 are a bit further back towards the rear of the towing eye
remove the undertray and it will be a doddle
