Hi guys, quick one that someone may be able to answer. Seem to remember a post about someone who does bespoke exhausts/part exhausts, I think it was in trim/navan. I basically need from cat to just before the backbox.
Also, went to open the drivers door the other day and heard a 'springing' noise, door pull no longer works, but it's stuck locked. Is it possible to remove the door cards without opening the door? Just to make things more complicated I've got a carbing rollcage which comes down diagonally across the lower part of the door.
Thanks in advance!

Both inside + outside latches + key are useless I take it? Mine got stuck before and needed the key to be "flicked" to open and then it opened. There is a wee spring that pops off.
Not possible to remove the door card without damage tho' I'd think. Easiest way would be to cut a hole and flick the lock.
Heres where to cut :

Cheers,
Steve

Oh really? Ye, it's the door pull itself, whether I lock/unlock the door doesn't matter. I don't fancy the idea of cutting through the door card...should I be cutting into the outer hole, as it were, in that pic?

Ok, managed to peel the door card back a bit and separate it from the top part. Has anyone got a diagram of the door mechanism at all? I have rod's 1.8 shop manual but only shows how to remove door from hinges?
