Vibrating dash!! Help

Hey all, my dash or something behind it vibrates and it's slowly driving me mad!! It seems to happen when the revs reach a certain point. Any ideas what this could be and how to fix it? The only thing I can think of is that the car has a loud spots exhaust and that maybe that is making it happen but that's just a guess.

Your first step has got to be to try and determine what exactly IS vibrating, or a least where it is because there's a hell of a lot of stuff underneath the dash..I didn't realise this until I dismantled one recently. It could be one of many things.
