I know it might be crazy but has anyone heard of this being done?
I can get my hands on a gearbox and peddles and the other various and sundries parts. I'm I insain for thinking about doing this.
I have a 1990 Eunos 1.6 automatic and I would much prefer a manual. I can get the parts needed from a MK1 parts car. Any good resources out there or advice?

Yeah it can be done, few guys on mx5nutz have done it, may even be a guide on there as to what needs to be done. Don't think it that hard of a job to be honest

I may even have a 1.6 gear box here if you want it (free)
