Win the Euromillions?

I've been trying my luck at said lottery for ages and I still haven't won. What am I doing wrong? Can I get a refund for all the times I didn't win? Alternatively, is that elderly lady with the Veyron single?

You see, I really need the cash. The government are doing their utmost to make like absolutely miserable for car owners, so I need the cash to move to another country. Ideally one that has good roads, actual summers and relaxed speed limits. Oh, and no Gay Byrne annoying me.

Also, how do I manage to strip the suspension on my mx5 to replace the bushings when every bolt is rusted so badly that the heads just sheer off? Angle grinder? What should I cut, or what can be easily/reasonably cheaply replaced? and where should I buy they bits?
Although if you tell me how to win the euromillions, I'll probably not be overly worried about the bolts. Maybe.

you wont get away with not snapping those bolts.. theyre 20 each from mazda or you can get them cheaper from the states.. cant remember where though!!
