fitting chrome rings in instrument cluster

Hello all,
I'm After getting chrome rings to fit into the instrument cluster but the clear screen seems to be glued to the black background ,is there any way of splitting these two to get rings on ? Has anyone else done this mod ,the rings are from mx5parts.

yep, warm it up in the oven (not too hot nor for too long, just to make the plastic/glue soft-ish), then go round it mm by mm. Did it to change the speedo faces a couple of times.

Ya changed the dials by uncliping clear screen from main body
How long is not too long and not too hot!!!

Gave it a quick wipe and that mark came off. Looks good for 23 years old! I'll bring it with me Sunday week.
