Hi All, Im looking for someone who know megasquirt well. Car starting and idling nice cold ( holding revs and afr nicely) but when engine is warm revs are surging and afr jumping a lot. Car fail nct on emissions as afr are all over the place on high rev range when hot ( all good when cold, up to certain temprature). Any help would be appreciated. Willing to pay for a fix.

Don't know anything about megasquirt but have you tried replacing the engine temp sensor at the back of the inlet manifold, not the one at the front of the engine

Hi guys, I have managed to adjust the map for the test and car passed emmision with flying colours. I retard ignition in test areas on the map. Some work needs to be done to the map to make it perfect but I leave that to new owner since the car is sold for few days now. Thanks for your help lads.
