What's it worth...?

Hi all

Your expert advice would be much appreciated.

I'm thinking of selling on my 2007 MX5 1.8

Looking for an idea of the sort of price I could expect to get for it.
There are rarely any MX5s for sale online so its a bit of a grey area.
I may trade it in against something else or sell for cash.

Its got NCT earlier this year, covered until March 2015.
Mileage is c.55,000 miles

The hard top seen in the Pic was purchased by the previous owner direct from the manufacturer so its a couple of years newer than the car and in excellent condition. As the soft top wasn't used much it also appears in very good condition - although I haven't exactly studied it! All I know is that it works fine

Any advice much appreciated

I'd imagine yours is probably worth advertising at €7000 - 8000
It's a tricky car market in general, but selling a convertible just after the weather has turned cold means you need to be realistic. I'd imagine you'll end up with €7k.

I agree and dont forget some have folding metal roofs which is a great advantage !!
