Hardtop for sale - red, Mazda OEM

Hi folks

For sale, a red hardtop - it's the official Mazda one, 1996 year with the good seals and heated-glass. This isn't the perspex version, but the one with the glass window. It is lined with some quite expensive Dynamat material, is very solid, transforms the car in terms of stiffness, quietness and security.

All four internal catches are in place, but one of the rear chrome catches is missing. Hence the price, EUR350.

Lack of rear catch is not a big deal as a lot of people don't even have Frankenstein bolts anyway. This roof has always been leakfree and secure. It'll fit MK1 and MK2 cars, but not MK3

Never had it wired in, TBH, but it looks like it would light up the whole car like it's a microwave oven

Is the latch completely broken off or is it repairable could you put up a closer picture of it I'm looking for a red hardtop and would be interested

Yes, it is completely broken off at the inner metal underneath the chrome cover. It could be repairable, but means fabricating a piece of metal with the holes cut out. This is joined to the frame of the hardtop under the glass. The chrome then goes on top. I still have the broken bit, will hoke it out and take a pic.
