i got a price of 1,025 euro on the vrt off the rev com, don't where you lot got 2,500.

Anyway stig thats a 98 against a 2001 hence the price difference

Tried it again. Can't be sure exactly which model it is as there's a few choices but I just tried another one and it was €2,800. So I don't know where you got your price Mr. Ivan feckin know it all

Stig: why is it a weekend car? for some of us it's just our car. If Ivan's VRT price is correct I think that's a cracking price for the car you're getting. For a car enthusiast the spec certainly matters. Saves you pouring money into the lower spec car. Or more than likely lets you pour that money into the car on other improvements

its horses for courses Freg....I guess my point is that while good value lies in the Sterling Zone, a good mooch here can reveal good value deals and cars too.
All said, great time to be buying!

Car has just flew through MOT and has received the following:

2 x new bridgestone turanza tyres on the rear.
2 x new oem front brake discs with axxis ultimate brake pads
2 x new oem rear brake discs with axxis ultimate brake pads.

If it doesnt go i think ill just drive it for another while.
