Cork MX-5 on Pistonheads, anyone here?

Postby VDubbin » Mon, 08 Jun 2009 11:08 +0000

Hi folks,
My search to the perfect '5 continues, spotted this http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1077878.htm and was wondering if anyone here belonged to it, or if they knew the car?

Don't think its anyone from here but it looks nice and has clearly had some money spent on it. Some nice bits been added, love the wheels.

not at all, buy it, turn up and say you got an email saying you won it, so you sent on your bank details, then when the 3k goes missing you can blame the scammers:P

seriously, it looks a nice car with nice bits on it.

Assuming it's mechanically sound, then it's a bargain at 3k IMO

Don't buy one. They're for hairdressers.

Hey vdubbin. Good to see you're on the search. If I can help out, give me a call.

My advice is make sure the car you get is standard, modifying one is easy, but better to know what's been done.
