Seats, Style Bars & Boot rack

Postby Pete JB » Fri, 05 Feb 2010 4:43 +0000

Well, time has finally caught up with me & I can't keep the MX5 any more, it's been a tough decision but I have to sell her & buy something bigger

The car isin't for sale just yet, but I'm shifting my 'add ons' before I sell it, so here's what I've got

Mk 2.5 seats

There is a small cigarette burn in the driver side seat, the other one is perfect. Here's the hole (you can also see it in the above photo if you look closely.)

I've also got a set of style bars complete with windblocker, the windblocker is simply held on with tie wraps directly to the style bar, it's a perfect fit.

And finally a boot rack, the previous owner made a modification by adding an additional crossbar unfortunately he painted it hammerite rather than re-chroming it - it does make the boot rack much better, but to be honest you would want to tidy up the appearance.

Hi Pete,

How much for the seats?

Will they fit a Mk. 1?

Awe poor Pete.. my heart goes out!

You'd have loved the Spring Rally - we got 30 MX5's on the ferry. I was thinking of you guys that day, and my trip up in the snow and sunshine.

Lovin' the style-bars... my first step on the wild side of bling.

(Chrome mirror covers in a box under my desk, here at my feet).

Ding Ding... round 2
