Hold off lads,

About to head to Santry to maguire1234 to collect a rhs caliper, will strip down both and transfer mechanism for handbrake adjustment from rhs to lhs, hopefully sorting my problem.Originally suspected the handbrake adjuster, but it now appeas to be the interior mechanism that the adjuster connects to (if that makes sense) Will keep you posted.

Steve, ignore , for now, my earlier phone call in relation to calipers.

Thanks to Robert (maguire1234) I managed to get a caliper, have removed the piston and transferred it to the other caliper(well my mate has done it). Had to leave him to finish the job, will go out to him later, hopefully the end of this saga
It now looks like the adjuster mechanism within the piston was slipping back, not holding it's setting, so that was why we replaced the piston.

Guys, this man , Robert, has a number of parts available so give him a shout before you buy new or 2nd hand parts elsewhere.
