I have a 1990 Eunos.
Although it is NCT'd to July 2012 and running well (I drove it 600km over two days a couple of weeks back and it was brilliant) it needs a fair bit of TLC and a few problems looked at.
I am torn between spending what might be a lot of money on it or getting rid (which would cause me sadness but you have to be practical).
Problems are
1. Needs at least one front brake caliper (recently changed pads but had to put old pads back in right front)
2. Electric windows not working properly.
3.Handbrake not working - needs cable
4. Oil leak from under front of engine
5. I'd like to have all bodywork fully checked
6. The car has been clocked (shows 177,000km but last 5 digits clearly out of line). I got the car from a relative, long story.
I'd love the car to have a thorough assessment by an expert enthusiast who could repair/service as necessary
I can post pics if necessary.
Could someone recommend a mechanic/garage/enthusiast who could look at it with a view to working on it?
I'm in the south east but would travel to Dublin or some distance if necessary.
Thanks
B
