Replacement Rear Window Mk 1

Has anyone replaced the rear plastic window on a Mk 1 lately or if there is anyone around doing this type of work.

We have few used ones from roofs that were torn etc.Its messy but possible to replace the rear section incl plastic screen. 086 8226506

Sorry x5trebor but Just butting in here a bit but is it easy to swap a failing softop plastic rear window with a glass window without changing the entire softop

Thanks Guys, has anyone used a glass window, are there issues putting the roof down

I know it might seem like a bit of a waste but might be worth thinking about replacing the roof altogether (Give MX5Spares above a shout), you'll likely need to remove it anyway to replace just the window.

Definitely need to remove soft top from frame if you do find someone to stitch in new plastic window. Some Sail Makers do it but any I asked could not be bothered really.
Downer Sails in Dun Laoighre said they could do it if just screen ONLY was brought in to them as its literally put on industrial sewing machine with some old lady stitching away......
