4x100pcd is the 5's wheel stud arrangement (4 holes 100mm pitch circle diameter)
The centre bore on golfs is 57.1 and the 5 would is 54.06 so a little bit bigger (this isn't an issue, would be worse if they were smaller as you would need to rebore them)
Anyway the short answer is yes.
