It's amazing the amount of time, effort, and money, that folk 'lavish' on their cars. Some of the cars I see at shows I'd almost be afraid to take on the road.... yet that's where they should be (otherwise they are very expensive ornaments).

There was one there that was about 100 years old, the guy was talking so much about it that I forgot to take a picture, but it was covered in road dirt as it had been driven 100 miles to the show, took them 7 hours including lunch break

I gather the winner of the Lancaster classic car section was a Morris minor. It must cost a small fortune to exhibit these cars. Ian would normally show at the big mx5 club shows and will be going to Holland with the bluebird in May next year.

Fair play to him, if he hadn't told us about voting for him then we would never have known, if I thought of it I could have voted as many times as I wanted, it was just a matter of ticking a box really
