Nearly taking me out .. this am at home Newcastle

I know this couldn't have been one of uz lot but I spotted a black 5 this morning while walking the mutt at 6:30 .. nearly took me out, got to have been driving at least 80 going through the village .. I was NOT impressed!
If you know the person racer (not assuming it's a boy) .. please let them know there are humans around that early..
