Reports are coming in of a Convoy of soft top sports cars spotted in the waterford area driving through pouring rain with smiley faces behind the wheels .
The gardai are on the look out for 4 drivers in particular who in their opinion must be "off their trolleys !! " as they were seen to be driving with their hoods DOWN !!
One member is believed to be a DUTCH national
