2N1 PERFORMANCE CHIP

Postby jaybond » Fri, 11 Sep 2009 5:54 +0000

Does anybody know if this is for real or if there is anything out there that helps gas mileage?

"JAWdropper TRIPPLE A Twin Stage Fuel Optimization performance module" LOL fab!

No, at most they change your timing a bit or the voltage on your MAF/AFM.

that's gas, boom boom.

if you want some more control on the cheap get a bipes ACU (allows timing control), geese is selling one at the moment, i think. Saw some good dyno results when used on an NA 1.6, think he had base time of 22 degrees pulling to 16 on full throttle.

There is also an O2 clamp which gives some control over fuel mixture before going into wide open throttle about 4-4.5k rpm, this could be made, it's a pressure switch linked to a potentiometer, splice it into the o2 sensor wire at the ECU and use a vacuum tube to like the pressure switch to the vacuum at the throttle body.
