Finished the IC instal at the week end, worked out well.
My arse dyno says power is up maybe 10% even with just under 1psi drop in pressure.
I'll tighten the waste gate actuator later to bring it back up to 6psi or there about.

Everything except for the L-section for the mount was sourced from ebay, total cost was 250 euro or so, had fun doing it.

not really, i did have to trim the plastic yoke under the engine to accommodate the pipes exiting the IC. A lot easier to do with the AC out also. I used 57mm pipe, i wouldn't really go any bigger.

Thanks ferg, pity you couldn't make it on sunday, you could have marked and cut all your pipes once i had them worked out. I will drop up your box of pipes this week and the steel for the mount. I'll email you the links to the extra silicone bits you will need.

Before i forget, a big thanks to geese for making the last 90 to the throttle body.

I also need a radiator cover, my car didn't have one when i got it, anyone out there have a factory one spare?
Here is a nice aftermarket one but i have spent enough for now.

Thanks steve a very enjoyable job to do.
Its a slippery road though, now the rest of the engine bay looks tatty, what have i started.

Also tightened up the wastegate rod, decreased the mount of timing the bipes is pulling by 2 degrees and went for a more aggressive rev map, boosting 6.5psi falling back to 6 near the redline now, The results are much better than i expected, must try and get a dyno one of these days to find out where i'm at, in the mean time i'm smiling.

More or less, you have to go around the bottom of the rad to get to the IC.
I cut the 2 180 degree pipes in half to make 4 90's, this works well especially from the IC to throttle body.

From the turbo its,

2"-2.25" reducer (you will need to buy this)
90 degree pipe cut very short
45 degree pipe cut very short
90 degree pipe turned down long pipe goes past the fan to the bottom of the rad
90 degree pipe short to go out towards the wheel
90 degree pipe to go around the rad
2.25" 90 silicone bend to the IC (you will need to buy this)

From the throttle body its
2.5" silicone connector (you will need to buy this)
2.5" 90 stainless steel bend with ISCV pipe welded in (talk to geese)
2.5"-2.25" reducer (you will need to buy this)
90 degree pipe long to go out towards the wheel
90 degree pipe to go around the rad
2.25" 90 silicone bend to the IC (you will need to buy this)

You also need 3X2.5" and 1X2" t-bolt clamp

I got all the extra silicone and clamps here for £35 good service and very good prices only £4 for postage for first item free after that.
