Help ID a Turbo

Postby AndyJF » Sun, 20 Jul 2014 9:30 +0000

I picked up a manifold, turbo, downpipe, intercooler and pipework for my 1.8 NA.
Im having a hard time trying to identify the turbo.
Only 3 Markings that i can see are on the exhaust side casting, 449010-1, .64 M3 and TBO

Seller said it may have heen a Holset Hybrid turbo but cannot confirm.
Think the 449010-1 and .64 M3 is a Garret marking.
Any help is appreciated.

The pictures don't work here?

A quick google reveals that 449010-1 is the part number for a Garrett GT30R .64 exhaust housing with T2/T28 inlet flange and internal wastegate.
EDIT: Could also be a t25 or t28.

Pictures coming up on my laptop and Tapatalk.

Just need to get a wastegate actuator for it. Anyone have one lying arround?

Looks like a Nissan T25 or T28 from a SR20DET engine.
The compressor casting is too shiny and doesn't have "Garrett" stamped onto it, so i believe it's a pattern part.
