
I found 2 reasonable doors in the right colour (bonus!) and started with the front.
A socket extension and a hammer got the door pins out, then just disconnect the electrics.


Do the reverse to get the new one on (bit of fiddling needed)

Do the same on the rear :


He's happy enough as the doors were only 150e

While we were at it we converted the windows to the motor in his and moved the electric folding mirror + speaker on to the new door.
Last think we'll look at is converting the rear door from manual to electric hopefully just a matter of swopping in the motor and the door card (which also has a built in sunblind).
