Anyone know who this band are or what the song is ?

This has bugged me for a while - I taped it (remember those things ? little plastic boxes with a spool of tape inside that would melt inside your cassette player on a warm day) from Phantom FM back in 1996, then converted it to MP3, then to Youtube.

Ah thats an easy one Frank, it's from aband called Backpipe
they where only around a short while it was from their second ablum
the first single, nothing really came of it or them. It was just listed as
"the road" on the album. The rest of the album was much better
i really liked the fourth track "kickin back" you can have a lend of my copy if you want.

That's what I thought. I knew it sounded very familiar. Pretty sure I have an early limited edition copy somewhere

I had the box set given to me as a present but it got mislaid when moving house a few years ago,.
