The Heep was in surgery again due to a cracked head (caused by an incompetent and lazy mechanic, grrr!).. 18 hours over 3 days this time which wasn't too bad, it took about 4 months last time I had to take the heads off :roll:

Got it back up and running this eve, just need to plug the fuel leaks on the injector lines ;-)

more surgery :
The stock crankcase vent has an oil seperator on it that isn't much good resulting in oil in intake/intercooler/crap performance/etc
Anyone with this issue on their turbo diesel will like this ..

Made bracket to bolt it to fuel filter mount + heated up ends of new pipes to stretch onto the inlet/outlets & drain to sump.
