I swore I would stay off this site till the new year at least, well I almost made it
But I had to give my fleece size so that was the end of that.
No offence to anyone but I see hours of my life disappearing into cyber space while the place is falling down around me or the rabbit is chewing the floor boards or the dogs are fighting because they want to go for a walk and they literally groan when they see me turning on the PC !
I am sure you also have more to do than read my drivel!

The iphone is FANTASTIC I have mine a year, so I have an older version. There was a newer version out when I bought mine but the guy in the shop told me the only difference was the camera had been improved and the memory. So if money is tight you could still get the older version for a lot less! As I don't download much I didn't think I would need that much space. I didn't realise at the time how useful the camera on a phone could be. I use the camera on the phone and it takes great pics. Ones you would miss if you didn't have it with you. I have printed off loads and even framed a few so I have found the quality pretty good.

The phone is more than just a phone it is a life style change and the most important thing for an MX5er is it is FUN That is why I told/suggested to Ivan to put his away I know how addictive they can be, Sorry Ivan. Unlike Ivan I still find it easier to type properly on my keyboard, cause I like to use my two hands. Might be cause I learnt on a type writer (God I am showing my age now!)

I would suggest get the best model you can afford and enjoy, let us know how you get on with it!

Would u believe jsut read about it being launched this week in Vegas, voice activated google search..cool!

Wonder which network will get it though and their flaming 'new' phone tarriffs! Checked out Vodafone yesterday and they have 8k waiting list for the iphone but might be able to get bumped up ..that's if I still want it of course.
