Postby mx5ash » Sat, 04 Oct 2008 4:50 +0000

Hi Guys back from the hols. Was in Marbella. Great spot despite the fact it rained for the first 3 days. Thought i'd throw up a few pics.
We took a boat across to Puerto Banus. My god there is some money over there!!!
These were all down one street.

Welcome back Ash - and great pics. I'd guess the two most likely reasons for those cars to be lined up in the same street are either A) there is a casino, or B) there is a house of ill-repute.......

I know that place well, it's one of the richest areas on the South coast, last time I was there some bast**d had 2 matching Ferrari's parked out on the jetty beside his superyacht. If you think the cars are impressive, you should see the women hanging off the arms of all the old guys, there's enough bling hanging off their wrists to uy a dozen MX5's.

There is an even flasher marina about 10 miles up the road (towards Gibralta) but you can't even get close to it as it's a gated community, we sailed in close to it one day & were basically told to F off by the water based security guards.
