Not bad at all, I assume it was smokeless coal or are you outside of the area??
Don't have an open fire in my house as I put in a Gas one years ago, the way things are going I might just take it out again

You could also throw a few bags into the 5 heading south, they'd pay for a good weekend

A mate of mine has developed one of them. He uses, in his workshop,a standard household burner unit attached to an old gas cylinder(You know the big red ones). A section of piping is attached and runs out through a hole in the wall and there's not a sign of black smoke from it at all. The secret, apparently, is to get the unit running on standard kerosene first and then gradually feed in the waste oil, a bit of a balancing act at first but once it's up to temperature..WOW, it glows red hot!! He's a mechanic and has no shortage of waste oil to put into the tank. Wisely, he has installed a cage around it because it would do some serious damage if you were to come into contact with it.

you could do it yourself very easily and if i do start, ill make a few if people want them.It will be easier to make a few and quicker. If a few of us get our heads together to accuire the bits it will be easy. Just be nice to your local chippy for free oil.
