Ok guys and gals,what book are you reading right now? Is it a Mills and Boon lovefest?.....or is it Dennis Nielsens memoirs? The book i am currently reading is called "Semi Detached" and its Griff Rhys Jones"s autobiography.........

Just Finished "Parrot in a pepper tree" Chris Stewart of former genis fame who walked away from the band in the earlier days to live in the arse end of Spain Now reading Victor Frankl "Man's search for meaning" ( Story of his experiences in Auschwitz .... ) Hopfully not too heavy

Currently on chapter 2 of the bible. Not as good as the khoran. only messing, not one for books me! we are now on the US top 100 most terror related websites!

Like yourself, Stephen, I'm not one for books either....just can't maintain the interest! Prefer little bits of texts and loadsa pictures - that might sound like Playboy/Penthouse etc. are high on the list, but in actual fact it's more car mags (that's my story and I'm sticking to it).
Having said all that, I've just started reading "Woody Allen - An illustrated biography" (read "Without Feathers" last year). Also liked Jeremy Clarkson's books - small pieces of (generally very witty) text - no story line to follow, just short and to the point.
When all is said and done, I can't see why so much time would be spent reading when you can get a DVD and have the story told to you!!

I'm almost half way throught "Playboy March 2008", made for very interesting reading, full of facts and "Figures"!! Can't wait to get to the half way point of the mag!

I forgot to mention the last book i read,its by Robert Fisk and its title is The Great War For Civilisation-The Conquest Of The Middle East.........and it makes for excellent reading to anyone who has any interest in this area

Bit of a classics-fest for me at the mo. I've just finished Dracula - a great read. Now I'm reading Moby Dick, which is good.
Yeah, I really enjoyed 'The boy in the striped pyjamas' and the Robt Fisk book too - hard going but very rewarding.
