Track tires?

Thinking of doing the Retro-stock track day on the 18th in Mondello (Yep, they'll accept the 1990 car!). I've heard that used track tires can be got for as little as 80 euro per set! This still true? Anyone know how to go about finding some?

I've never heard of it.

I know you can get worn out tyres for drifting fitted at that price during drift days at Mondello.

But they're just that, a set of worn out tyres to burn to shite.

But race tyres? No.

Yeah, this is proving a bit more difficult than I though. I may be able to get some used tires, but they are 17s . No idea on the cost either. Combined that with the cost of a set of 17" rims ( even from the breakers) It's probably easier to run a "pre-loved" road set.
