Hey folks

I am just thinking of upgrading the hoses on my mk2.5 just to make the engine bay look abit tidier.
from looking about on the net (Ebay) i can see that the products that are up are just saying 1999 - 2005 and nothing about the engine size. it would make sense to me that the 1.8 would have slightly bigger hoses, is this the case?

Same size hoses but depends on how many hoses you intend fitting.I know from experience the smaller water inlet hoses , around front of engine, are larger on later 2001 onwards cars.Rad and heater hoses are all the same throughout the year up to 2005.We have set 4 or 5 maybe, red silicone hoses, used but perfect condition .
