Scenery

Went for a spin this evening, took the mx5 out first, did about 12 miles, a bit bumpy and noisy but great at the same time. Went out then in the slk, first descent drive since doing the few bits needed, out to Oughterard and then over the shanafestien road (if it could be called a road, more like a single track in places) to the Rosaveal junction and back via Spiddal and Moycullen to home, about 60 comfortable and noise free miles

My pet hate, windmills all over the place but I can see why they’re on top of the hill, it was so windy up there

Looks really enticing ! I was up that way earlier this year in the VW camper.

I bet the SLK is more comfortable that the MX5 NA ?

Now that I’m getting used to the driving position and the fact that there isn’t the same acceleration as the mx5 it is much more comfortable, this is more of a cruiser I’d say but the mx5 is more of an enjoyable fun car
