wonder how much could it be done for using ones for a bike or something, i see people using ae101 itvs on the mx5 also
the sound is unreal i agree it would be hard to keep your foot off the loud pedal id say

People have been using bike carbs on cars for a long time now. I believe a fair few people in the UK have used them on MX5's.
There's a woman on Nutz with a V6 MX-5 running Triumph bikes carbs. That also sounds divine !!
As for the cost......I have no idea.

While the sound from the intake sounds amazing, I'm not sure I'd like to go down this road with an MX-5.
Many years ago, I had a Mk2 Golf GTI 8V. I had the head ported, Piper 285 cam fitted, 4 branch manifold etc. To be honest, I felt
that I had ruined the car. The nice spread of torque from the 8 valve motor was gone.
Let's face it, MX-5 engines are not exactly full of low end torque and I fear a kit like these would push the power band further up
the race range. But as I haven't tried one, I can't prove this....just a hunch !
