Wheels are on now.. dont know what I was worried about, They fit perfectly and the stance of the car now is perfect....no rubbing whatsoever....
So for the record 15 X 8 ET 30 with 205/50 tyres FIT!!!!!!!!!

mine are 15x8 - 0 offset & I have the arches rolled... as long as you dont hit any major bumps at speed you should be fine... I rem last galway run the "bogger" roads were making the tyres rub a bit (going over mountain zigzag roads as I recall) & there were burning smells BUT they went away...
