I had the buzzing speakers when I first got the car. The well documented wet/damp original Bose speakers. I also had an original Bose headunit.

I replaced the headunit and continued to use the original Bose amp and speakers. Aux line output to the amp - not the speaker outputs. The speakers would still buzz in damp or wet weather. I then replaced the speakers and bypassed the amp (but used original wiring)

Sound now satisfactory.

The reason for the long story is that it may depend on whether there is an original Bose amp and speakers still being used in your car. My advice would be to go for a new set of speakers - not expensive and suitable for the output of your headunit. Make sure to bypass the original Bose amp (if there is one) because the speaker output from this is not what you want to feed into your standard speakers. (The Bose amp drives the Bose speakers with an unusual power range which will damage standard speakers. Similarly, the output from the headunit speaker connections will not work through the Bose amp.)

Also worth making up a drip shield for the speakers from tupperware bowls. Stops them getting wet from washing or heavy rain dripping past the window seals. I have a template somewhere for making a door mount suitable for standard 5" or 6" speakers)

The radio jumps when you go over a bump probebly because there is a piece missing at the back. In the section where the radio fits there is a piece of vertical flat metal with a hole in it. There should be a piece of rod that attaches to the centre of the rear of the radio. This rod along with a rubber cover inserts into the vertical metal. I know this because mine was missing and everytime I went over a cats eye my cds hopped. Either that or its not secured at the front.
Get new speakers and cover the back with plastic to stop them getting wet.
