Have you been able to determine exactly where the water's getting in??, is it at a point where the plastic ( if your window's plastic) meets the rest of the roof?? is it along a zip??
A little trick to determine where water is getting in is to sprinkle talcum powder in the suspect area and observe what happens as you put water to the exterior.
Is the parcel shelf getting wet?..check the rain rails..Drain holes been cleaned lately??
Basically, be certain of where the water is getting in, that will determine the next course of action.

As there's no tears/rips, I suspect your rain-rail is either cracked or blocked,or drains are clogged up with gunk.. this would result in a wet rear parcel-shelf
